About Us:

Professional Trombonist and Big Band Leader ( The Willie Woods Orchestra). Studied instrumental music and music composition at Roosevelt University and Sherwood School of Music. A featured soloist in the Down Beat Music Publication (Jazz Styles & Analysis) by Dave Baker 1973. Studied Trombone theory and application with Edward Kleinhammer and Frank Crisifulli of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Studied Jazz Styles and Improvisation with Charlie Allen of the Duke Ellington Orchestra.
